1. Submit Booking Form
   Fill out the official booking request form at moxe.space/booking

2. Confirm Dates & Session Scope
   We’ll review your request, hold your preferred dates, and follow up to clarify session goals, staffing needs, tech requirements, and lodging preferences—this helps us build your custom quote.

3. Receive & Approve Quote
   You'll receive a detailed quote for review and approval.

4. Invoice & Deposit
   For multi-day sessions, a deposit is typically required. Single-day bookings may not require one.

5. Finalize Session Details
   We’ll gather any remaining information and prep for your time at the studio.

6. Session Confirmation
   You’ll receive a confirmation email with arrival info, studio address, and final notes to share with anyone attending.

7. Welcome to MOXE!
   Your team arrives and the session kicks off!
